Hey everyone!
Breaking news, breaking news, I have MAC Cremesheen + Pearl swatches for you!
The Cremesheen + Pearl collection is due out in August (at least for Belgium), and from what I can see there are 8 Cremesheen lipsticks and 7 Cremesheen Glasses. Do note that since I have not received official PR information yet, I am just sharing what I saw!
Ready for a sneak peek? Here we go! I do have to apologize for the pictures not being the best I have ever taken. However, I had to work with the lighting and so on that I had instead of the equipment I have in my own house!
This set of pictures has 3 MAC Heavenly Creature Cremesheen Glasses mixed in, namely Meteoric, Celestial Kiss, and Astral. The two on the right you see, Paper Lantern and Imperial Light, belong to the Cremesheen + Pearl collection.
Here we have Floating Lotus, Dynasty at Dusk, Pagoda, Rising Sun, and Double Happiness:
My quick observation is that these swatch with no stickiness, and the shimmer is pretty. Alone they might not add enough colors, but they might be fun layered on top of lipsticks!
The lipsticks include Coral Bliss, Saigon Summer, Full of Seoul, Pure Zen, Japanese Maple, Pink Pearl Pop, Shanghai Spice, and Kyoto Kiss (from the line of 3 at the top).
Swatches of Coral Bliss, Saigon Summer, Full of Seoul, and Pure Zen:
Swatches of Japanese Maple, Pink Pearl Pop, Shanghai Spice, and Kyoto Kiss:
All of them together (in the same order):
My quick observation is that the lipsticks definitely lean sheer. They feel nice and light swatched, but if your lips are pigmented I think a lot of the shades would end up looking the same. If you’re into sheer lipsticks, these might be for you. They’re definitely something you can apply easily without a mirror!
Again, I wish the photos could be better, but I had to work with what I had, and it was somewhat limited! Still, I hope you got the general idea!
