Phew, that’s the longest title ever, but I wanted to include all the goodies you’re about to see here soon! I hope you have great things planned for the weekend, whether it’s winding down or partying up! Before you can go off to do that however, let’s quickly go through the bunch of products I have been testing out! Full reviews will start popping up next week!
Here is the new version of my beloved Dior Miss Dior Chérie EDT, Miss Dior EDT. Dior changed the name back to Miss Dior last year. Besides launching Miss Dior Le Parfum, here is the new version of the EDT. For those who love the older version, the new one doesn’t stray far at all. I will try to compare it with my bottle of Miss Dior Chérie EDT, but if you have that one, you’re probably going to love this one too!
Chanel is welcoming spring with their new Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Powder. The concept is a setting powder that will make the complexion look slightly better with a healthy glow. It does not aim at bronzing the skin, but even when I use N 30 I can see a very subtle and natural difference (I think N 20 might match my skin tone the best). The powder is extremely fine, though brushes don’t seem to kick too much loose.
Here you can see the swatch of N 30, N 40, and N 50 (I had to layer a bit for the colors to show):
I know the Estee Lauder summer collection is already available in the US, but here in Belgium we have just received Pretty Naughty! I will soon share what I think about Pretty Naughty Pure Color Five Color EyeShadow Palette, Rock Candy Pure Color Sheer Matte Lipstick, and Insatiable Pure Color Nail Lacquer with you!
In the meantime, here is how the palette and lipstick swatch:
I have been jumping up and down for two new NARS products for a while, namely their Radiant Creamy Concealer and Satin Lip Pencil. I snatched Honey and Lodhi up from their EU website (they ship to 25 European countries) a few days ago, and here they are in all their glory:
I received them today so I really haven’t got to play with them yet, but the pencil is SO creamy and soft! I’m really looking forward to testing them out properly!
Last but not least, here is one of the new Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow Sticks, Violet Plum:
It is not entirely opaque in the swatch, as you can see. I will test it out with and without a primer to let you know how it performs and lasts!
Did anything catch your eye here? Make sure you stay tuned for the full reviews, looks, and all that good stuff! In case you haven’t heard, Google Reader is going away soon. It’s a good time to start following Mostly Sunny on Bloglovin’!
