Hurrah, hurrah, Inglot is coming to Belgium! More choices are always good in my book, and I have been eyeing certain Inglot eyeshadows for a while now! I’ll have to keep you posted about when (sometime this summer) and where, but let’s take a look at some of the nice stuff on offer!
I don’t think I’ll ever personally fill a 40-pan Freedom Palette, but just look at this! Makeup artists or those with more ambition/imagination/skills will no doubt get a kick out of it. I swatched some shades, and they all seem to perform really well!
The sage green and eggplant purple are screaming my name!
Glosses, nail polishes, blushes:
For the life of me, I can’t remember what the paint is for! Can’t seem to find it on the website, either. If anyone knows what this is, I’d really appreciate some help!
The new O2M Breathable Nail Enamels:
I got 638 O2M Nail Enamel to try out. The consistency is a little thin, so remember to get rid of the excess before you start working on the nails. Once you figure that out, it works like a charm!
Also, I got to check out two Rainbow Eyeshadows, 124R and 117R (if I remember correctly, a shadow pan goes for 7 euros) .
First of all, I am pretty impressed with the packaging. The magnets between the two parts are very powerful, and I don’t think it will pop open when you don’t want it to! My MAC 239 (or any paddle brush of your choice) picks up individual shades with ease as well. The only thing is it’s very difficult to pry the pans out, as they fit very snugly. It’s probably not the easiest thing if you want to rearrange your Freedom Palettes!
Here is how 124R swatches:
When I saw the gold micro-glitter, I was more than scared. However, I didn’t notice any fallout during or after application!
Things get even better with 117R. All three shades are pigmented and smooth!
Do you have Inglot where you live? Is there anything you have that you would recommend? I need to start doing some research so I’ll know what to get when the brand officially launches here!
