Hey everyone! This is going to be a short and sweet post about new Givenchy releases, notably Givenchy Croisière summer 2014 (availability in Belgium: April 23rd)! Let’s skip the usual lengthy Sunny commentary track and feast our eyes on this fun collection!
Givenchy launches a limited edition Ange ou Démon each year. If I am not mistaken however, it seems like the first year this fragrance is actually part of the summer collection! The coolest part about Givenchy Ange ou Démon Le Secret Edition Croisière (RRP: 67 euros) is that there is some golden shimmer in it (you can see it at the bottom of the bottle here)! What a new way to sparkle!
Givenchy Terre Exotique Healthy Glow Powder (16 grams/0.56 oz. RRP: 57,50 euros) is destined to be a star! Better photos and thoughts about it will be up soon. This talc-free formula is extremely smooth and lightweight. It comes in one shade, Douce Croisière, which is the second shade in Givenchy‘s 4-shade Poudre Bonne Mine Healthy Glow Powder line-up (read: there is a good chance that fairer girls will like it).
Givenchy Corail Tentation Ombre Couture (11. RRP: 24 euros). This is a shade that makes a splash! Try to pair it with neutral bronzy shades. If you want to think outside the box, it is fun with purple as well!
Givenchy Phenomen’Eyes Waterproof Turquoise Obsession (5. RRP: 31,50 euros). It is pretty bold for Givenchy to go for completely opposite shades such as coral/orange and blue! It can be worn on its own or layered over a regular black for more intensity.
There are two Le Rouges in this collection, including Fruit Défendu (313) and Acajou Précieux (314). My personal favorite? The bright orange Fruit Défendu of course!
Here is a quick swatch of Terre Exotique Healthy Glow Powder, Acajou Précieux, Fruit Défendu, and Corail Tentation:
If Corail Tentation were a lipstick, I would snatch it up, no questions asked!
A new loose powder, Givenchy Poudre Première Mat & Translucent-finish Loose Powder will be added to the permanent line-up (more thoughts will follow).
Givenchy Very Irrésistible L’Eau en Rose (RRP for 50ml: 74 euros. Already available) is a fruity-rosy summer scent. I have the impression that this is a fragrance that is easy to wear and easy to love, though I might be biased because there is rose in it!
Is anything calling your name here?
