Giorgio Armani Attitude Cheek Fabric Sheer Blush Is So Lightweight, You Won’t Remember You’re Wearing It!

Giorgio Armani Attitude Cheek Fabric Sheer Blush FOTD

If you think you have seen your fair share of finely-milled and ultra lightweight blushes, think again, because the new Giorgio Armani Cheek Fabric Sheer Blush is taking these adjectives to the next level!

Housed in a petite compact, Giorgio Armani Cheek Fabric Sheer Blush contains 4 grams/0.14 oz (RRP in Belgium: 4o euros).

Giorgio Armani Attitude blush

*Attitude (306) is a coral pink with a hint of apricot.

Since Giorgio Armani claims this line will “highlight cheekbones for the ultimate glow,” I would assume they all contain some sort of light-reflecting particle. In the case of Attitude, I can’t see any unless there is direct sunlight. The finish is very barely satin.

When I first swatched Attitude, I wasn’t sure if it is so finely-milled that a brush would kick a lot of powder loose, or maybe it’d look powdery on. Fortunately, that is not the case! There is no powdery kick-up, and the blush gives the cheeks the most beautiful veil of color. There is no need to “blend” it, as it just melts into the skin. This may not be the most “pigmented” blush you have seen, but the pigmentation level is just fine in my book. It can be built up if you want, and it is hard to overdose (plus even if you do, you can easily blend it out). For that reason, Attitude is a blush you can hardly make a mistake with.

Here is a comparison of the similar shades in my stash. From left to right: Guerlain Peach Boy (you have seen it here recently), Giorgio Armani AttitudeDior Corail BagatelleEdward Bess Secret Affair:

I wanted to wear Glamorous Orange again, so I basically recreated the look I did last time with some slight adjustment.

All in all, I would recommend Attitude for the extremely lightweight texture and incredible blendability. From what I can see, the majority of the new line-up consists of easy-to-pair everyday shades.  However, I definitely have my eyes on 509, which is a darker fuchsia berry that will be perfect for autumn!

Have you tried a blush that impressed you recently? I believe I have a couple more to show you soon!

  • Chia-Yi Liu

ok that is officially THE most gorgeous blush color on you EVER. i must have it. are you wearing any highlights or finishing powders over it?

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Aww thanks so much, Chia-Yi! Nope no highlighter. I never do it when I’m blogging about a blush, just so that you can hopefully see the finish better. I think I did finish things off with Guerlain Crazy Meteorites tho!

  • http://beautyreflectionsblog.com TracyBeautyReflections

Ooh! Pretty! So delicate! Armani blushes are something I need to look at closer obviously!

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Thanks, Tracy! This is SO incredibly lightweight! It’s like not wearing anything at all!

  • http://lipstickintheattic.blogspot.com/ Judith

Very pretty and appropriate for fair skin. I like it a lot.

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Judith, I’m sure you can rock MOST shades in the line-up! Attitude for example is just intense enough for me, but probably won’t be too much so for you.

      • http://lipstickintheattic.blogspot.com/ Judith

They do look easy to work with. At least this color is a bit out of y confort zone. Most of my blushes are some kind of baby cool toned pink!

        • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

I get you now! I also have cool-toned blushes, but admittedly the warmer part of my collection is much bigger!

  • http://scribblewithliner.wordpress.com/ Siri Lovise Eliassen

That looks fabulous on you! I’m sorry girl, but if you’re gonna keep on posting these great reviews I’m going to have to stop reading your blog or my card’s going to melt. Ah, forget the card, If I can’t get sun, there’s always Mostly Sunny. Haven’t got an Armani counter nearby, so I’ll be fine :p

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hahaha sorry!!! I guess it’s a good thing that there isn’t a GA counter in my town, although when I’m in Antwerp or Brussels, I do try to go to one just to see what’s new!

  • http://papayapieces.com/ Sofia

It looks lovely, and I also love the look of the packaging. Actually the photos of the blush itself does look like it has light reflecting particles, but done in the most perfect way (as in, won’t emphasise pores).

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Sofia, GA does such sleek packaging with interesting lines! I don’t think this emphasizes pores at all, and it looks barely satin on!

  • BeautiesEva

    very subtle :)

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

I think it’s just enough to add some color to the cheeks, but it is indeed not a loud blush.

  • 38noodles

Oh now my excitment is ramped up even further!! I was all sad to hear that GA was discontinuing their previous blusher lineup, since one of them is my go-to everyday blusher, but these sound like they’ve perfected their formula even more! Loved how you paired it with the Glam Orange!

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Thanks, girl! It’s always nice to see how something you love a lot becomes even better! There are a lot of everyday shades in the line-up, so do check it out when it’s available!

I’m totally hooked on the new MAC Stereo Rose at the moment ! This one look very pretty, too.

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Jill, ahhh Stereo Rose seems to be so well-loved!

  • http://www.abeautifulzen.blogspot.ca/ jenn @Abeautifulzen

hm this one doesn’t seem to give the level of color i would like but would be good for someone like my mom who’s afraid of the clown cheeks.

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Jenn, Attitude is on the demure side, but for me it’s perfectly fine! I don’t have to pile it on for it to show up ;)

  • http://www.vibrantbeautyblog.com/ Jennifer Monforton

What a lovely, flattering shade! The texture sounds perfect, especially for the warmer months when light-weight textures are so nice :)

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Thanks, Jennifer! I agree! In comparison, a lot of blushes I love seem heavy!

  • http://eyespaintedblack.com/ Natasja

Wow. That is one gorgeous blush. Just wow. But why does it have to be 40 euros :(

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Natasja, yeah, GA has a pretty tough pricing policy (as in I think the RRP is the actual price you have to pay). If you REALLY like a color though, I would encourage you to save up for it, as the texture is pretty innovative.

  • ThePinkPerfectionist

What a beautiful shade. It looks so natural and flawless, great for a ‘no make-up’ make-up look.

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Thanks, girl! I agree. Attitude is not a shade that shouts. Plus it’ll go with many many different things.

  • Lily

Oh I’ve hauled too many blushes recently… and this one looks so smooth and beautiful. I promised I wouldn’t buy anymore blushes for the next few months. LOL!

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hahaha so I got Clinique Ginger Pop! I’m pretty sure I’ll pick up Berry Pop soon as well. Swatched it earlier today. SO impressed!

  • http://www.beautyfrontline.com/ Beauty Frontline

looks super natural on you dear! :) xoxo

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Thanks, girl! This shade is easy to pair!

  • http://macaronsandmischief.com/ Whitney

so gorgeous sunny! i love lightweight blushes! Having a bit of blush always increases a complexion! The giorgio armani pot is so cute too. I’m loving my hourglass blush recently!

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Thanks so much, Whitney! I used not to really see the point of wearing a blush (my cheeks naturally do have some color), but then I found out just how much more sculpted and alive I look when I do! I’ve heard so many great things about those!

  • http://www.beautyaddiction1.blogspot.co.uk/ syrena85

I would like to try these new blushes out but haven’t seen them here yet :/ This one looks just like a touch of colour, so delicate and so natural :D beauty!!

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Irena, they are due out in Belgium in about a month. Maybe you’ll get them sooner in the UK though!

      • http://www.beautyaddiction1.blogspot.co.uk/ syrena85

Oooh, we will see. All these launch dates are always different.

  • SprinklesOnACupcake

I love coral and pink, this is perfect! And what a cute box!

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Petra, it sounds like Attitude is right up your alley! The compact is so petite!

  • http://www.hellojaa.com/ Jaa

One word. Lovely! I like how it compliments the rest of your makeup so well! :) I’ve been eyeing these new Cheek Fabric Blushes for a while now, I guess it’s time to splurge!! Ooopss! :D

  • http://www.thepaintedrogue.wordpress.com Syirael

    So. Pretty.

    Can’t. Articulate. Properly.

    ;-)

I’m such a sucker for lightweight, natural finishes ;-)

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Thanks so much, Syl! If you like lightweight, you really should swatch these! Definitely one of the most lightweight formula you can find out there!

  • Icaria

Gorgeous! Love the color and the texture looks dreamy but I’m looking away now since I have several LE items I’m saving my pennies for! :)

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Thanks, Helene! Oh I know what you mean. My wish list is a bit out of control for the moment!

  • Jenny W

I was so excited I typed LORGEOUS instead of ‘looks gorgeous’ !!

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hahaha you cracked me up! Maybe we should make that a new word :)

  • Jacqueline Ma

Oh I want :) the cheek fabric and the maestro fusion is on my list but I haven’t had a chance to see the full range. Attitude is so pretty, I wonder if it will show up on me though. What other colours are you eyeing?

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Jacqueline, I think it will (because I didn’t have to build up much), but see if you can have it applied at the counter before you decide!

I’m definitely eyeing 509. Helen Lola’s Secret Beauty Blog thinks it’s a good dupe for TF Narcissist, and it is definitely unique in my collection.

  • http://beautyreductionista.blogspot.ca/ Liz

Subtle blushes don’t get my attention lately but… there’s something really lovely about this. MUST INVESTIGATE.

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Liz, I’d say MOST shades in the line-up look demure to me, but then there is a couple of very strong ones. They might be more your speed!

  • http://drivelaboutfrivol.blogspot.com/ Kate Driveller

This texture looks flawless! Reminds me a bit of the THREE Colour Veil powders actually. Hmmm, must take a gander (mainly at 509, ofc, lol)

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Hey Kate, I say yes to 509! If such a strong color is actually easy to blend, it’d be great!

  • http://lamajesty.wordpress.com/ Emae

Wow, what a pretty blush! Oh Sunny, you look stunning on that pic! I’ve always loved how you do your eyeliner. :)

    • http://mostlysunnyblog.com/ Sunny @Mostly Sunny

Aww thanks so much, Emae! <3
