In case you haven’t got around to checking out the 6 new Chanel Le Blush Crème de Chanel, I’d urge you to put it on the top of your to-do list. I’ve tried three, and I can’t promise a couple more wouldn’t come home with me! Today I’m showing you Présage, a pretty apricot.
Chanel Le Blush Crème de Chanel is housed in a typical Chanel compact. It is smaller and thinner than a Chanel Joues Contraste, for example. I am not too sure a compact like this is the best way to keep the cream blush from drying out, but only time will tell.
Présage (62. RRP in Belgium: 34,50 euros) looks like an orange with a hint of pink in the pan, and also when it is swatched heavily. Once blended out however, it really is more of an apricot than anything else. Don’t be intimidated by how it looks in pan. On the skin it doesn’t have to look as bold, but you can build it up easily to be true-to-pan as well! The finish of Présage is very, very natural. It is not shimmery, but it doesn’t look matte. It has a bit of a healthy sheen that we all want from a blush, and nothing more!
This is how it looks blended out, though you can blend it out further if you want:
The formula of Présage, or basically every Le Blush Crème de Chanel I have tried, is impressive. The extremely pigmented lightweight cream becomes a powder once it is blended out, and it is incredibly easy to do so. I have tried to use my fingers and Shiseido Perfect Foundation Brush. Both work well, but I actually prefer my fingers because it’s faster that way. Présage stays put really well. It basically sticks around all day (with minor fading around the edges at the end of the day)!
Here is how Présage looks on me:
Bottom line: If apricot is your shade, make sure you check out Chanel Présage Le Blush Crème de Chanel! It’s an adorable color with an impressive formula. There’s nothing about it I don’t love!
Have you tried any of the Chanel Le Blush Crème de Chanel? If so, which shades did you pick up? If not, what shades are you eyeing?
